I think that I will make a thread with phone numbers for guys to search for

Many players cannot use the phone option because their wagers are not large enough.

Well, in the case of SIA yesterday, their whole system was down so they couldn't take in phone wagers. I'm not sure if phone wagering was up when BetPhoenix was also offline the last couple of days.

More books also have live chat feature, so that should help.

Scolding people in not using the phone wagering system... no need to do that. After all, with websites down, that means a dramatic increase in phone calls anyway, so it's not the magic bullet, either.

I have never been denied.

barman obviously NEVER calls in bets! barman, most books allow bets of at least $50 to be called in. That covers almost everyone posting here I would think.

But if the internet is down, then the phone system will allow bets as well
